"Dear Brad. We are writing this letter to thank you for the wonderful job you did on our cabin. You made our dream a reality. The workmanship and materials you used were exceptional. This was very important to us. As an example, the breakfast bar with wooden brackets as opposed to ugly metal brackets may not seem important to some, but it showed us your concern for every detail. The ceiling beam with matching trim and the awesome bay window are just a few of the particulars that make our cabin look so outstanding. The design layout is so comfortable. There is no wasted space but more importantly, you got everything we wanted in the cabin and more without feeling confined. How did you do that? We also appreciate the way you maximized our beautiful views by putting the living area near window spaces.
Jeff and I also admire the crew you have working on our job. Everyone is so polite and friendly. John and Bill always made us feel special. Valerie was there to answer our questions. You have good people working for you and it shows in customer satisfaction. Lastly, I want to close this letter by saying we really are not the type of people who handle major projects such as building in a calm fashion. We fret a lot and have little working knowledge about construction. One thing we never ever worried about was whether or not you would do what you said you would do. You have an outstanding reputation in the community. We knew we could trust you. We relied on your expertise and you did not disappoint us. We would highly recommend you to others. "Dear Brad. Marilyn and I want to take this opportunity to again thank you for the outstanding job on our home addition and remodeling project. From planning to the final site clean up, you and your people exceeded our expectations. The result more than demonstrates the care and quality of your work. Of equal importance, the work was done in a timely fashion (no small feat considering the difficult winter weather) and for the agreed price. We particularly appreciated your constant availability (remember those 7:00 am telephone calls) to answer questions and be sure each detail was handled to meet our admittedly exacting requirements. It was a pleasure to work with Fred, Steve and Jim and their crews. Last but not least, Val and Sherry are amazing - they keep all the balls in the air and never lose track of the thousand and one office details that keep the job moving. Our first major decision was the selection of a contractor and choosing Waldmann Construction proved to be the best decision we made on this project.

"Brad. A belated, end of the year note, to tell you how much I enjoyed working with you as we added on to our church. Indeed, I think working with you has been one of the highlights of my ministry. Often a building project is not a great experience. And there were certainly frustrations along the way with the Building Committee. But never with you. You got us going with an attractive plan that met our needs. As our "contractor" you were masterful in pulling all the pieces together - getting materials and laborers on site at the right time. You came to committee meetings with a smile, and left with a smile, despite whatever frustrations you may have been feeling. You were patient with us when you needed to be patient, and took charge when something needed to be done. You were always available and helpful when I had a question or concern. And the number of hours you put into "sweat equity" was incredible. And again showing great patience with those of us of limited skill. The result is a wonderful addition to our building that continues to prove beneficial in our ministry and continually impresses those who see it for the first time. It was a delight working with you, and I thank you."
