Homes & Cabins - Over 3000 Square Feet

This award winning home in Boulder Junction is a total of 11,654 square feet. Despite its apparent size, the “cottage” design and Northwoods décor combine to create a very intimate feel throughout the entire home.

This Adirondack Lodge look home in Vilas County, Wisconsin spreads to an awesome 11,000 square feet. It includes 7 fireplaces, massive stone pillars and flared log accents. This home received recognition from the Association of Builders and Contractors. See article in Country’s Best Log Home magazine.
This Wisconsin ENERGY STAR home is 7,154 square feet. A year ‘round home in Three Lakes, it boasts an octagonal dining room and sunken living room. The large media room and nautical screened porch bar area are great for entertaining.

This 5,697 square foot home in Manitowish Waters is an original Waldmann design. This large family retreat features an open great room, kitchen, and dining area. The second story loft overlooks the great room and connects to plenty of bedrooms for the grandkids.

Originally built in the early 1900’s, this Sayner home was unfortunately destroyed by fire. Not allowing this to stand in the way, the owners decided to rebuild and the home now spans 3,900 square feet. This seasonal lodge style home lies on 80 acres of land, with 1,000 feet of sandy shoreline and is part of one of the area’s largest and oldest privately held estates. In 2003, this home was recognized by the ABC Projects of Distinction.
This ABC award winning home is truly an architectural wonder. Just shy of 7,000 square feet, this home displays a contemporary theme but sits nestled within the Northwoods.
