Waldmann Construction Inc. is a Design/Build General Contractor specializing in unique, one-of-a kind structures in commercial, residential, and remodeling markets. Waldmann Construction Inc. was founded in 1987 by Brad &  Judy Waldmann with only the help of a few employees.
In the last 20 years, it has since grown to its current status of 45 highly trained individuals. For optimum quality control, Waldmann employs only the highest skilled personnel. Their in-house design services, minimum subcontractor requirements, and many in-house trades provide this level of excellence. It is the company’s belief that a successful project is one that leaves a lasting positive influence on everyone involved. This philosophy has led to repeat business from past customers due to the high standard of customer service. Those customers in turn are their best advertising due to word-of-mouth referrals.
 Waldmann Construction Inc. has been awarded numerous awards throughout the years as well as donating to area organizations and to those in need. In 2002, Waldmann received the ABC Projects of Distinction award for their work on the Flach/Verrill residence in Eagle River, WI. In 2003, they received the Institutional ABC Projects of Distinction award for their work on the St. Mary’s Catholic Church expansion in Sayner, WI and the Residential award for Peil residence in St. Germain, WI. In 2004, they walked away with Honorable Mentions for ABC’s Projects of Distinctions for the residences of Keeshin and Waldmann. Among these outstanding honors, Waldmann has also received Safety Awards as well as being recognized by Wisconsin Builder Magazine in a statewide ranking for best construction companies to work for in which they placed 5th. These standards are the backbone of company now and for years to come.
